The STL is facing unusual difficulties in its internal parts supply chain and fleet management. As a result, it currently does not have enough vehicles to operate its full service. Bus trip cancellations are expected since Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
On Monday, March 16, the STL restored approximately thirty bus trips that had previously been cancelled, out of an initial total of about sixty routes. As of Thursday, March 19, another trip is restored.
For customers, these service improvements will reduce the number of daily cancelled trips to 31, including 22 during the morning peak period and 8 during the afternoon peak period.
We invite you to consult the up-to-date list of cancelled trips below.
The STL operates 2,500 bus trips per day, representing approximately 68,000 daily passenger trips. Due to the current situation, we had to cancel about sixty trips per day, including 39 during the morning peak period and 23 during the afternoon peak period. This represented a reduction of approximately 2.6% of the total service offering and could potentially affect around 1,980 customers daily.
These disruptions are expected to last for at least the next four to eight weeks. Weekend service will not be affected. Temporarily, we unfortunately cannot guarantee accessible vehicles on accessible routes. Customers may contact the Customer Contact Centre at 450-688-6520 to verify whether the bus serving a planned trip is equipped with a ramp.
Our teams are working diligently to restore the situation as quickly as possible.

ROADWORKS ON SAINT-MARTIN BETWEEN DE LA MAURICIE AND CHOMEDEY

Relocation of the boarding stop for the Place Bell shuttle
Starting February 19, the boarding stop for the Place Bell shuttles will be moved to 1333, Chomedey boulevard due to construction work. Part of the city hall parking lot at 1, place du Souvenir will be inaccessible, but the parking behind the 1333 will be available. If needed, clients may use the parking at 1200, Chomedey boulevard.
